With movement still going on amongst teams' coaching set ups the fact we're still in the playoffs means our coaches can't be interviewed until after the NFC CG at the earliest.

Capers and maybe more importantly our position coaches are going to be in demand sooner rather than later. Safeties coach Perry, Winston Moss, the CB coach guy and QB coach Clements could all be in line for promotions at other teams.

But now four more teams (including the Falcons and Ravens) may have their staffs raided. Hopefully by the time we're done nearly all the vacant positions will be filled.

The only coaching vacancy left is in Oakland. Capers is certainly safe another year and there is no guarantee that he even wants to be a head coach. The NFL is about trends and lesser known young coordinators are what is trendy right now. That doesn't fit Capers, though he does deserve consideration IMO.

Tom Clements is the name to watch. Chicago tried to hire him away from the Packers last season, but GB blocked the switch because I believe he is an assistant head coach. I could be mistaken, but he is the candidate that I think could be looked at elsewhere for teams wanting an OC.

I'm not worried about our staff. I am worried about Seahawks/Bears. I want that win, then another win after that. Then I'll worry about coaches.

While there are two non assistant head coaches as our O and DC?

Capers isn't going anywhere because he's too old, and I honestly don't care about any of the others except Kevin Greene. Losing a couple of position coaches would not be that big a deal anyway, in my opinion.
