After the half, they get the ball (good thing they deferred.) They call a timeout, then what happens?
Just how valuable ARE timeouts?

The Pack didn't defer. The Eagles won the toss. I really don't think you can defer in the NFL.

Yes, you can.

The only thing I can really trash him on is pulling the 2 FB set on that final drive. It was WORKING, and he inexplicably stops using it. Gain of 0.5. Loss of 0.5. Sack. Punt.

all i ask to be different ... on 3rd and 1, stop using Kuhn on FB dives or whatever it is. Use Aaron on a rollout, let the FB/HB whomever flank or TE slide, something other than that damn run. We do not have the OL to out muscle people.

We get good yards rushing because its half not expected. 3rd and 1, everyone knows its a run and we just don't have it.

With exception of the fail at halftime, Mike took a step forward today. Big game, he won. Keep running the ball.

Now that we have a back who falls forward for an extra yard after contact (Starks) we should really get away from the Kuhn runs.

Did we just win a playoff game on the road?

I think MM got a little tentative due to the massive drop by Jones and went conservative before the half.

Jennings and Jones better figure out how to make some of those catches that sustain drives..

Wanna complain.. there is two that dropped balls that hurt us today.

Yet our defense, balanced game carried us through to a close win. Thumbs up Baby.

If MM is getting pats on the back for his play calling then I should become a head coach because I was calling them before they even lined up. MM went into his play not to lose not the pedal to the metal. We survived today but I want the pedal to the medal.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

That's bullshit. You did not. Put your money where your mouth is, throw them up in the chat.

Side note of the funny, Mike Sherman called predictable plays too. We had 6 runs, everyone knew what they were ... we still succeeded. My point here is it doesn't matter the play called, it matters the execution.

We've proven we can't execute too well on those 3rd and 1's with Kuhn as of late so I'd like to see them not being called.

But it worked didnt it? We won didn't we? It doesn't matter if they know what we're doing, as long as it still works. So keep going with what works. Today that was James Starks.
