Something I haven't seen mentioned about that last game was that Aaron Rodgers orchestrated a "game-winning drive" to put the Packers ahead for good. Unfortunately, it wasn't in the last two minutes of the game, so no one cares.

And it doesn't count for "games decided by 4 points or less."

But it seems like nobody ever talks about those...only 4 points. Oh well, it really doesn't matter.

One of the networks (Fox?) did have a statistic on their screen the other day for the Packers' record in games decided by 7 or fewer points under Mike McCarthy.

As you and gpg alluded to, McCarthy and Rodgers don't get credit for orchestrating drives that ice the game...we only judge the 2 on games that they LOSE by close margins.

On an upbeat note, I liked Peprah's quote during the speech video...

"they messed up now, they let us in the tournament"
