Funny, I seem to remember Brady getting better this year after Mankins came back. But that could be me -- I don't spend a lot of time watching the Patriots except when I have to. :)
Still, I take the point.
If the price of keeping Rodgers were having to settle for Colledge, I'd do it in a heartblink rather than trade Rodgers to get a Hall of Fame lineman.
I'd rather have both of course, since I don't think a team is going to go far without top OL even with Brady or Rodgers playing MVP football. But that's another point for another thread and another dead horse.
But here I'm with Finland: The reason no lineman is going to ever win MVP is because no one lineman is ever going to be more valuable than a top quarterback.
