Never said you were a "bad" person.

Just find it ironic that those that those most upset about it hold a great deal of the same thing the fuels Brett.

Resentment, bitterness, anger.. whatever you want to call it.

Don't think he didn't hear the fans "boo" him in Green Bay this season.. don't think that didn't sting him as well. So is it really that different for him to utter some single comment to a rival?

Simply.. this has got a long way to go before the relationship between Brett, the Packers organization and the fans is "okay" again.

Enjoy it if that is what drives you.. personally I don't have a stake in it as I don't hold onto bitterness and such for a long time. Life is too short to live with those glasses upon your nose, IMO.

Brett is not a Packer anymore, by his own choosing then our decision to move on, so why would I invest time in and energy in the bitterness surrounding him.

I am enjoying the Rodgers era now.. and after that passes, I will enjoy the next QB to come aboard.

His time has past in Green Bay.. and maybe someday he will forgive whatever has pissed him off.. then starting to repair the relationship and then we can celebrate what he did accomplish in Green Bay.

This whole deal reeks of a divorces with a couple hundred thousand kids in the mix... a bitter one at that.

Yes a single comment, as a rival, to another rival of ours.

Why was he booed? Could it have anything to do with after 16 years with the Packers, who where there for him through thick and thing, good and bad, TD's and INT's, game winning and game losing throws ... we still rooted our asses off for him in blistering cold only to see him jump to our rival? Not to mention his team swept us that year?

You damn right Packer fans booed his ass. I didn't care for booing him as he left the field though.

He spent 16 years as a Packer and now he wants them to lose to our other rival? Sounds like he can't let go. And it can be construed as he doesn't care about Packers fans, since he openly wants the Bears, (again a RIVAL) to beat his former team of SIXTEEN years.

It more so goes against my original thinking of him landing with the Vikings was actually more in spite of the Packers rather than the best option for him as they were the best team in the NFL that was missing a QB as the final piece.

The Booing was done before the latest comment, I was not challenging why he was booed or that he should have been.

Simply saying that Brett's latest comment towards the Packers, you know the topic for the thread, was just another "tit" in the line of "tits for tats" in the saga.

In light of new evidence, our buddy Brett no longer needs the token 1 day retirement contract. He can also wait a couple years for his ring of honor / jersey retirement. In the meantime, maybe we should let someone else wear the #4, I mean it isn't personal or anything. The number isn't retired so it might as well be used.

I can't wait until it's all over with. I liked goofy Brett over bitter Brett.

Maybe the Packers can use that comment as the ever important and much needed 'bulletin' material.

if he truly made this comment, i honestly don't care.
this is nothin compared to the insanity he has made of his life.
he is more than capable of making himself an ass without our help.
rise above guys - he's a washed up bitter man.
we are STILL fans of the GREATEST team in the NFL.
who wins? 😃
