Have you ever looked at the police reports? There was no identifiable DNA on the woman's body. If he had even pecked her on the cheek, there would have been identifiable DNA. So now grinding on drunk chicks in filthy college bar bathrooms because he apparently is otherwise incapable of getting laid is worse than murder? Come on, man.

I think the idea that raping someone is somehow worse than murder is pure, unadulterated bullshit. It's tantamount to wishing death on sexual-assault victims, which I personally find more than a little offensive. As a victim of sexual assault myself, I can say that I'm certainly glad I was poked in the ass by a disgusting 250-pound pig rather than killed. At least I had a chance to put the pieces back together and have a nice life with a wonderful woman and a pair of strapping little boys. If that asshole had killed me, I'd have no life whatsoever.



I couldn't agree more. I will never understand how a $100 million man has to hand out free shots to get laid. I think he deserves more ridicule than he's gotten, frankly. All I'm saying is that the evidence shows conclusively he didn't rape that moron, so can we please give that part a rest.

But we're way off topic now. We're supposed to be celebrating Aaron Rodgers' accomplishments, not ridiculing another quarterback.

I'm not trying to run the entire semester of an ethics course into a thread here, all I'm saying is that, IMO, rape is just as bad if not worse than murder. Perhaps not to some, those who are very emotionally strong, but to others it can destroy their lives. If Ben raped those girls, and I feel that he did, then I look upon him MUCH more harshly than on Michael Vick. This is not a topic that I particularly like to discuss, so I'm done on it.

I've always found this hard to believe. Not to minimize rape, which is a horrible crime, but I'm guessing that if you were to conduct a poll asking women what would be worse--being raped or being murdered--most of them would say murder was worse. In fact, maybe all of them would say murder was worse. As a guy, it would be possible for me to get raped in a particularly unpleasant way, and as bad as that would be, I would still choose that over murder.

It's a shame that this got dragged into the discussion anyway, but it seems to be a time-honored tradition among Packer fans, dating back to the Favre years, that ridiculing other QBs is just as important as praising our own guy. I've never understood it.

Agreed.. and not to mention hold any type of opinion that our QB might have the slightest of warts or even mention that he might be flirting with danger in something.

Anyway.. Congrats to Rodgers.. I hope he continues on his raise into the "elites" (Another pet peeve term) of the active QB's..
