I wonder why he did it.
It didn't seem that he was bullied, or not liked. If he was, at least they would have some idea of what pushed this kid over the edge.

And.....teachers have very little authority over kids today. Like was said, try to take away poor little Johnny's cell phone, and the parents will have their lawyer at the school.
Instead of being taught to respect authority, most kids are taught that THEY are what's important.

Bad writing aside.. What struck me as odd? The cell phones. I still just can't get over how they still let kids have phones with them in school.
