Wolf was actually the one who put the kibosh on those unis, not the league. You can read about it, and all the other uniform designs, right here, at the same site that you linked that rendering from. Pretty cool little webpage.

theuniforms don't look bad .But the helmet I belive will not have the G logo on it and it is dark brown so what dows itr look like on? has anyone seen on a players head?
