Ultimately, the Packers have a lot more at stake with this game than the Vikings. I expect that the Pack will recognize that and take care of business. I would like for this to not be a typical Vikes/Pack game that comes down to the wire. I'd like a 10 pt lead in the first half with continued defensive surges to abolish any hopes that the Vikings might have had. Our D can do that this time.

A tight game is supposedly "fun" to watch if both teams are playing well, but given that it is the Vikings, I want to f'ing DESTROY them. There is literally nothing that would make me happier. Except a SB........

I think having Clay back this time...at the level he's been playing at this year...is really going to be a difference maker. Hopefully Rodgers and the receivers show up like they did against the Cowgirls.

I agree with Twinkiegorilla.

Why the hell would we want Childress out?

Good point. However, I would be happy enough if we prevented Favre from reaching 300 consecutive starts. I don't want him to get seriously hurt, but just bad enough to miss a start. Which will probably have to be "seriously".

You'll get your wish.

I wouldn't be surprised if this game is over by the first half. Favre will get frustrated in the 2nd half and start forcing things and he only has one playmaking WR in Percy Harvin. Shianco is a tough guy but you still have to place the ball in his hands. Favre forces it to him and this could lead to a pick or two (in addition to the ones he'll try to force to Harvin and the perfect pass to Berrian that will bounce off Berrian and into our hands).

I see this as being an embarrassment for the Vikings, and I actually will feel bad for Formo. We'll win by 20+ points. Book it.

I wonder where those awesome Packer fans sporting Viking avatars all last year are this season? I miss them so.

They will want to run Peterson and try to take as much off Favre as possible. Our Dline is not anywhere like it was for the last game with them and the entire defense is playing much better now.

I expect Favre to be on his back a bunch. He has proven you can't back off even with a lead. He's too good when he has time and conversely pretty lousy when he get's a lot of pressure.

If we can get up on them Chilly can't help himself but come off the plan and let Favre fling it around, or, Favre will just change the play and throw it anyway.

This has fallen into the pit all Vikes fans feared the most. I said a few years ago Favre is a coach killer. I hope Childress knows how to manage a restaurant. He should be o.k. he knows enough about the arta"choke".

The game is huge for us. A win, and we can cement the Vikings season in the cellar.

beast (1h) : Seems like he was just pissed because he was no longer the starter
beast (1h) : Campbell is right, he's rich and he doesn't have to explain sh!t... but that attitude gives teams reasons to never sign him again.

dfosterf (22-Feb) : I read De'Vondre Campbell's tweet this morning (via the New York Post) Florio says that if he invested his earnings wisely, he will be good
beast (20-Feb) : I haven't followed, but I believe he's good when healthy, just hasn't been able to stay healthy.
dfosterf (20-Feb) : Hasn"t Bosa missed more games than he has played in the last 3 years?
Mucky Tundra (19-Feb) : He hasn't been too bad when healthy but I don't feel like I ever heard much about when he is

Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : lol good question, kind of impressed!

Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : Tell them its an emergency
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : Working. Meetings.
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : Lots of fun; the spam goes back 4 or 5 pages by this point
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : I thought you'd look for yourself and put 2 and 2 together lol. I overestimated ya ;)
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : I thought Guests couldnt post?
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : And gosh that's gonna be fun to clean up! hahaa
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : Oh. Why not just say that then? Geez.
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : check the main forum, seems a spam bot is running amok
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : What?
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : Is the Packers online game "Packers Predict" now available for 2024? I can't tell
Zero2Cool (17-Feb) : Bengals planning to Franchise Tag Tamaurice Higgins
Zero2Cool (14-Feb) : Packers are hiring Luke Getsy as senior offensive assistant.
Martha Careful (12-Feb) : I would love to have them both, esp. Crosby, but either might be too expensive.
Zero2Cool (12-Feb) : Keisean Nixon is trying to get Maxx Crosby and Davante Adams lol
