If Chilly gets shit-canned, Leslie Frazier is likely to become interim coach.

Queens.

Not that there is anything wrong with that.

There's a lot of material to work with there, if someone were so inclined.

Every time I hear Lovie's name, I wonder why they named him after Mrs. Howell. 😉

I want the Bears to win for the simple reason the Vikes will then be 3 - 6.

We beat them the following week and they are 3 - 7 and we are 7 - 3.

We only would need 2 more wins to guarantee finishing above them in the division.

Also I fear the Vikes more than the Bears and has been pointed out already the Bears have a tough finishing schedule.

I really believe if we win 4 out of 7 we're in the playoffs and if we win 5 out of 7 we win the division.

So many great points in this thread.......the only GOOD thing for certain is, ONE of them has to LOSE!
So for me, it's a win-win situation!
Seeing the Vikings get demoralized would be fun, seeing the Bears fall behind us would be fun.
If the Vikings beat the Bears, all we have to do to pretty much destroy their season is to beat them the following week.
That would give us a bigger lead, and would guarentee to win the head to head tie breaker. If we are as good as we think we are, we should be able to do that and solidify our place at the head of the division.

The Haze-meister's right on the mark, in this case. Fuck the Bears - we'll match or exceed their record by week 17, and then we'll finish the job. The Vikings are starting to wake up - yes, that was only the Cardinals, but 14 points in that span of time w/out an onside kick is an indication that they're trending up. If they get that road divisional win they'll be flying and adding Rice when the Packers hit town - that's not good. Better to get them with their 'can't miss' season in ruins.

Vikings - tons of talent, will get better if they're allowed to. Schedule gets a lot easier after the Packers come to town.

Bears - old or incompetent - their defense is all they've got, and they're wearing down. Brutal second half schedule.

Easy answer. Go Bears.

Well, the Bears took care of business. Favre had what, 4 turnovers?
I'd say their "hopes" after last week suffered a serious setback.
I wonder how Formo is holding up?
