Jennings had the 1st down. His forward progress showed that on replay. Mike McCarthy SHOULD have challenged that. That was a bonehead non-call by Mike McCarthy.

I don't think the refs would've overturned that one. It seems like they are reluctant to change where the ball is spotted unless it is obvious, and that one was not obvious. It actually looked more to me like Jennings' momentum caused him to come up short of the first down. The defender may have contacted him when he was still beyond the first down marker, but I believe the refs make that call based on momentum rather than contact. It was a tough call, and I don't think they would've overturned it.
Then again--I didn't think they would overturn the Shianco TD either. It is a crapshoot sometimes on those replay challenges.
