I think Bjack looks like he can get it done. If we had halfway decent time of possession he might be able to get more than 12 carries a game. He's solidly over 4 ypc, even when they keep trying to run him behind Clifton.
He actually looked good on a screen today.

He finally seems to be finding his place in this offense. He's a runner who needs a little space to work with. Screens are a good use of his talent. I hope they run a couple of those per game.

I was pleased with this as well. He attacks the secondary. I would like to see more screen plays with him. I think we had two today. I think our Offensive problems are due to the OL. That and some quick tempo pass plays would help. These long developing routes relying on the play action are hit and miss at best.

I'd like to see us be able to rely on our O line to get the job done with the running game. 3rd and three (or less) should be a running play, everytime.

I still wish Grant was playing. I guess BJ did OK.

Lynch who.

2.8 ypc average. We could have had him for a 3rd. So sad we missed out.

B Jack still needs about 10 more carries a game. We are not running enough.
I want to go out like my Grandpa did. Peacefully in his sleep.

BJACK is a good 3rd down back. He is too hesitant getting in the hole. It looks like he doesn't want to get hit. He had 53 yds, if you are okay with that. We atleast need someone to try to get close to 100 yds. to keep the d away from Rodgers. No one has respected our run since Grant went down.

Bjack did do good. I swear, I was pretty close to blowing a gasket after some people started talking about Lynch in the gameday chat again. Christ, this guy isn't Adrian Peterson...

On 12 carries. 4.4 ypc. 1200 yards averages to 75 per game. The problem is McCarthy said he doesn't want to give Jackson the carries because he is to important to the 3rd down. Maybe if he gave him the ball more, our 3rds would be easier.

I didn't read all the posts so I'm saying this at the risk of repeating something already said. Our biggest problem right now on offense is the line play, not the running back. We sorely need to get this straightened out because we are not creating consistent push with our line or giving Rodgers enough time to throw the ball.
