I thought Pickett was back on the sideline and looked like he was getting taped up during the game yet. I wonder if he was just held out as precaution. I think we would have heard something if it was worse.

Let Neal take the snaps and use Pickett for those run stuffs and breathers for others.

Lemme know if you're in town. There's Chinese Medicine everywhere nowadays, though. Try the gelatin thing. You can build up cartilage. E Jiao is the Chinese herb form of gelatin, but you can get it cheaper on your own from the store. The big thing is to drink lots of water with it.
You might also look into a Scenar. Those are supposed to be awesome, especially for chronic pain. Never tried one myself, though.

If the cartiledge is completely gone, you can't really grow it back, but if its there but degenerated, you can definitely boost it.
