According to both Leroy Butler and Bob McGinn, the final Touchdown pass from McNabb was the fault of LB Desmond Bishop who lost contain on McNabb and allowed him to get away and complete the throw to Armstrong for the TD.
McGinn expands on his analysis by saying Bishop went inside with Torian blocking, and he should have stayed outside to not allow McNabb open space to escape the pocket and get off a throw.
Bishop played well, but he had a hand in allowing the final TD the Redskins allowed. In other words, a mental lapse.
