You did. Just saw it. But I agree with both of your posts. Favre was obviously in pain today and he still threw 3 TD passes against perhaps the best D against the pass in the NFL.



My wife and I just got back from the bar. I was rooting for Favre. Damn he played with heart. I wish us Packers looked like that.

Like I said in the fan shout, at least he went down swinging. We look too apathetic and/or confused to win games.

That was 60 entertaining minutes, especially the 2nd half. Favre may not be the best player in the NFL, but he's still the most exciting.

And yes, Harvin was looking good. You should be proud. He may have another 10 years left in him. You better hope he's a Viking when he retires.

Brett Favre helped me win this week. I don't care about the final score. I'm not a Vikings fan. What I wanted was for Brett Favre to light up the Jets. He did just that. 3 TDs. 20 fantasy points.

I don't know if you saw my other posts on the topic. I had Jay Cutler. He died last week. I traded Brett Favre for Eli Manning. And the only decent QB that was left was Fitzpatrick of the Bills. Fitzpatrick + Favre = 46 points, which was enough for my win.

Rourke, Zombie has a point. When you don't have a 'dog' in the fight, Favre is fun to watch. I couldn't have cared less about the Jets 2 years ago, but I tried to catch as many games as I could because I could finally watch a Favre game objectively (never cheered for him when he was a Puker). And I'll say, that year was fun, despite how poorly he played the last half.
