How sick is it gonna be when Favre sweeps the Packers again, this time with Moss who Thompson refused to get?

"Gravedigga" wrote:

Packers and Thompson wanted Randy Moss, but Moss would agree to a one year deal and the Packers wanted two years. Packers didn't want to rent a player for a year and let him leave to the highest bidder.

BTW.. they can always tag Moss and get value for him past this season.. that is if there is a next season with a CBA. ;)

Vikings adjust Moss contract to prevent franchise tag.

Sorry bud, I wasn't targeting you or nothing.

Sounds like Moss is preparing for his exit already??

Nah. Moss will be happy his first year. He was flabbergasted his first year in New England. You can't compare Oakland though as morale there is horrible and has been for a decade now.

Things will be great. They'll start going downhill after Favre retires or 2012, whichever comes first.

People with chronic depression are quite predictable. TO has it too, except add a little bit of paranoia in TO's case. Everyone's out to get TO. With Moss, nobody understands/appreciates him.

Yep.. even more evidence that the Vikings are going for broke this season.. because if there is a cap next season.. they are hosed. 😉

Well, next season doesn't matter anyways for the Vikings though Pack as Chilly already said that a lot of people aren't going to be around next season. 😉

lol

The problem is.. Sounds like the Pats don't want Moss around no mo'. I mean, they have a tendency to run some pretty talented players off their team, and it's not like Moss helped bring them a Lombardi. Besides, they don't have the biased goggles against the Vikes that you do.

I'm sure Belichek loved how the genius bragged about outsmarting him for Harvin. If you guys want Moss, I'm sure the price will be steep.

We'll see.

I was right. Eat it Dakota.

It's official, I have a huge purple bonar. Still throbbing 2 days after the deal was official. Even busted a cap or two while watching the Moss presser.

Formo, you have every right to as well. Any Packers fan who says this isn't a big deal, is bullshitting you. (not fact, just my thoughts)

We'll see how things turn out Monday night, that'll be the real barometer in my opinion.
