Well Clifton Tauscher and Johnson didn't practice either. Tauscher is a bit of a concern, because he historically doesn't miss.

Are people old when their career and the term historically can be used in the same sentence?

One thing that is a HUGE difference from 08. We now have a DC who can at least get it done to some extent with smoke and mirrors. Sanders was a one trick pony. No creativity there.
Not so with Dom Capers.
