I'm not nearly as concerned of Forte the running-running back as I am Forte the pass catching-running back. That's where he's done the most damage in weeks one and two and that's likely the area he has the most potential to hurt Green Bay.
If Martz is good at anything (like employing a system where QBs are routinely mugged) it is getting the ball to the running back out of the backfield.
Particularly in situations like 3rd and 8+ yards we need to be careful. The checkdowns have been successful against the Pack, but mostly in 3rd and very long (usually following a sack). I expect Forte to receive the ball early and often in the passing game, with the intention of eventually beating Green Bay deep over the top with Knox or Hester's speed.
As I said in another thread, it wouldn't shock me in the least if Green Bay just lit up the Bears. At the same time, I just see this one being tough and close. People belittle the Bears a little too-much.
For how atrocious they seemed to be last year to some, they finished 7-9 and both contests against them were close (last second TD to Jennings in the first contest, and a narrow-margin win in the second EVEN with all the turnovers Green Bay forced).
William Henderson didn't have to run people over. His preferred method was levitation.
