Seriously?

We have one running back on our roster who has taken a single snap in the NFL and you guys are worried about our depth at ILB? Not only has Hawk been a major disappointment since being drafted by the Packers the guy didnt take one snap on defense in week 1. I don't care if we played in nickel and dime packages all day if your a good player Capers is going to get you on the field.

Lets also look at what Lynch did his first two seasons in the league. He put up solid numbers rushing for over 1,000 each season until last season when he got hurt. Also the fact that the Bills offense is garbage so teams would just focus on stoping him, you can't do that with the Packers passing game. You guys dont like him because of his gold teeth? ITS FOOTBALL!!! You not hiring this guy to baby sit your kids. Also the fact that Aaron Rodgers was teammates with the guy at Cal and I hear wants to bring him in. Lets also not forget B. Jackson can barely stay healthy as a backup and your guys trust him to be durable as a starter? Bottom line Lynch would be more of a impact on this team then Hawk would.

GET IT DONE TT!

I don't see Ted Thompson getting rid of Hawk.
But i wanted Lynch when he was in the draft.
I think we picked "Bustin" Harrel instead.

http://twitter.com/RobDemovsky  says AJ's agent said he is open for a trade. Also his house was put up for sale yesterday (no source to offer).

What you guys think?

I weould just like to point out that he could be selling his house for any reason. For example, he could be trying to get out of a bad mortage with housing prices. It's possible they just want to move to a cheaper house. Hawk could have already moved.

Not that any of this matters in relationship to the Packers, but Brady Quinn had his house for sale last year (before he was traded). Brady Quinn is the brother-in-law of A.J. Hawk.

From what I have heard in the past, that is not Hawk's house. He does not live in De Pere. He is in a neighborhood very close to Lambeau Field.

Rumour or not I seriously think that a trade for Lynch would make a lot of sense. The Bills have so many needs and I honestly think they need more help on O-Line and Wide Receiver, but perhaps one figures that Hawk would be a greater asset if he was given a change of scenery. Chan is running that Offense around C.J Spiller so they would be wise to get some type of asset in return for Lynch.

At first I didn't like this trade but I guess I've warmed up to it. Mainly since the Pack won't pay AJ 10 mil next year so they might not be able to keep him anyway. Might as well get something for him. Although as a linebacker I'm not as down on him as some.

I don't see it happening though. Don't think Ted Thompson will do it.
