So with my new place I'm supposed to take care of the grass and what not. Well, there's a shit load of grasshoppers, crickets and weeds.

How the hell do I get rid of all three?

Since they might have different weeds and grasses then here, you should be able to go to a respected garden place ( like a Steins ) and ask them

But I would suspect that a weed n feed like a Ortho would work?

But check it out since not sure the county this should be okay

Zero - Find someone with a goat.

My real estate agent lives in the semi-country and his neighbors get called by Fire Marshall Bill once a year. They hire some guy with a bunch of goats and the goats get rid of the weeds pretty fast. Plus, goats are cool.

My post was serious. For weed problems when you got acres and you're about to get a fine from the fire department, people use goats. If you got a smaller place, you can probably rent just one goat and he'll fix your problem in a day.
