Site Load Inconsistency

When I have issues with the site loading, I dismiss them as my own, that is why I appreciate it when members post those issues here, in this category so they are brought directly to my attention that I'm not the only one. I'm easy to please, I don't ask for much, but I expect top notch for you guys.

I contacted the host and they responded with.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are currently aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution. Unfortunately, there is not a known time frame in which this issue will be fixed but we are working towards the quickest resolution possible.

We appreciate your patience while we look further into this matter for you.

Site loading unbearably slow the past couple of days.

It was loading slow for me earlier today. It's fast again right now.

pack93z: Hey Zero.. try comparing the timeouts of the forum to searches.. this morning I searched after having no issues and immediately got an error on the search.. back to no issues.. indexing issues?

I wouldn't be surprised seeing as I've split the DB and merged it back a few times.

The DB is over 100MB, probably 120 by now and that's a lot of data to go through and repair ... for someone like me anyhow.

I haven't had a timeout in quite awhile. Occasionally the site will load the main page slower than normal, but hasn't been obnoxious, as of yet.

Yeah, I'm not sure what the deal is either. Sometimes it's 30 seconds, other times it can be five minutes or more. I haven't found any regularity to it.
