Clay GET YOUR ASS** BACK ON THE FIELD! Clay we can get by without Jolly but we need you your pass rush is vital

The Doctors said two weeks... do we really need Matthews for the preseason?

Matthews' hamstring injury has me concerned. It seems like they take forever to fully heal, and once you've tweaked it once, it's too easy to keep tweaking it over and over.

Yeah, I recall this same hammy kept him out of the last camp too.

haha I thought the same thing :thumbleft:

a torn muscle (even if it is very small) takes from 2-6 months to heal

Did they say it was a torn muscle? or could it be a simple hammy tweak?

Ether way they said two weeks I'll believe that for now...

I'm not to worried about Matthews. He missed parts of camp last year due to tweaking his hammy and he still made it through the season with little issue.

I could definitely see the team putting Starks on the PUP to start the year. They're definitely going to wait to the last minute (i.e. the cut down to 53) before deciding to put Harris and Bigby there as well since both could conceivably be healthy enough by the time we play the opener @ Philadelphia.

I'll probably be in the minority, but I still wouldn't mind seeing the Packers bringing in Westbrook and seeing what he has left in the tank. He still strikes me as someone who could be a good 3rd down passing option behind Jackson and Grant.

Yeah, hamstring injuries always seem to linger. But as has already been said, it didn't hinder him last year.

3 hamstrings, don't like seeing that. When I see multiples of the same injury I always question what's causing this.
Why is Jerry Kramer not in the Hall of Fame?

I'm thinking there is a decent chance that neither Harris nor Bigby open the season on the PUP list. Even if they are not ready to go for the opener, it will probably be worth putting them on the roster if they are going to miss no more than two or three games apiece. I could change my opinion if some of the young DB's step up during training camp, which would give the team the luxury of not having to rely on Harris and Bigby as much early in the season.

If Harris doesn't begin the season on the PUP, I predict he will be on IR by Week 6.

Zero2Cool (28-May) : Love says knee affected him all season, groin injury didn't help matters.
Zero2Cool (28-May) : I used to enjoy him on FOX Pregame. Now it's like a frat party of former Patriots.
Zero2Cool (28-May) : LaFleur on Watson: “Christian is doing outstanding. I would say he’s ahead of schedule.”
Martha Careful (28-May) : Bradshaw is a dumb ass cracker. I am so tired of his "aw shucks" diatribe. He should shrivel up and go away.
buckeyepackfan (28-May) : He wad all butt hurt because Aaron duped the media saying he was immunized.
