I think this team has quite a few leaders: Driver, Barnett, Kampman, and Woodson, to name a few. And although Rodgers is young, he already seems to have the respect of his teammates.

Go back to my orginal definition. I honestly don't see any of those guys stepping up and taking the reigns of leadership. They do a little jawing here and there when things are going their way, but overall they don't live up to the role.

Unless you have some secret source, I don't know how you can be so sure about this. Do you expect to see players yelling at each other on the field all the time? All I know is what I see on the field, which really doesn't tell me much, and what I read about. And the guys I mentioned are considered to be leaders by their teammates.

I don't see Barnett as a leader at all. He's a bigmouth who doesn't make plays. Kampy probably leads by example, but I don't see any of those guys being the vocal leader that can change a game by motivating someone to play at a a higher level.

Rodgers is our leader. QB sneaks with a separated shoulder?

That's leadership.

To me, Rodgers is the leader of this team. But the one thing I miss about Favre is how he would go nuts and run down the field when he threw a TD. I wish Rodgers would do something like that. Hell, tackle someone or something.

Oh well. That's what made Favre, Favre and it's a bit unrealistic to expect Rodgers to react the same way.

Yeah favres celebrations were pretty cool. But Rodgers is pretty cool too after a TD. He acts like thats what he's SUPPOSED to do. Kind of like when Barry Sanders scored. He would just hand the ball to the ref and go to the sideline. Just another day at the office. I think thats pretty cool.

The leaders need to be

On defense

Woodson (by setting good examples)
Barnett (by mouth (we all know he's good at talking)
Kampman (by setting good examples)

On offense
Rodgers ((by setting good examples because he's new, but sooner or later needs to because by mouth. I think he has no problem calling out the guys that have come with him or after him, but I'm not sure if he's willing to call out the vet OT like Favre seem to yell at once in a while when they weren't getting it done)
Jennings (by setting good examples)
Driver (by mouth. I know he doesn't want to, but somebody on offense has too, and the other vets aren't playing that well)
Tausher (by mouth)
Clifton(by example)

That's very true... however, Rodgers DOES go down the field and hug or pat the receiver. You just don't see him running down field with his helmet thrust high into the air.

I like how he and a reciever will jump in the air and bump eachother, it's pretty cool. I think it's Aarons signature move. I think he did it today too.
