What is this trunk injury all about and are they saying it's on both sides of his back now?

Had to look more into my self

Also called the torso, the trunk is composed of the rectus abdominis, external obliques, internal obliques, transverse abdominus, quadratus lumborum, and the spinal erectors. The torso musculature works in four basic ways

but that is sort of what I knew..

Is it just me or is MM starting to keep injuries secret like bill belichick?

I hate back injuries because once you get one, they seem to stay with you FOREVER

Just hope he recovers hate to have him sideline half the season.

Unless those guys start performing, you can't really say we have depth. Every team has backups, but just having bodies doesn't mean you have depth.

They did start performing. (camp reports were high in praise, week 1 performance)

They did however stop a bit in week 2.

I get so frustrated that because of a bad performance, we dismiss everything.

And how is that any different from last year when they had one good week then one bad week? The guards were a problem all year and the fact they kept shuffling the lineup trying to find someone who could block consistently was evidence of it.

that's true, but it's also true that by end of the year the blocking was quite good.

Spitz at C might be a doble blessing. A bigger guy at the position and it moves Spitz to a position he is more comfortable with. Now it comes down to the play of Sitton or Costen at Guard.
