One problem with illegal immigrants is they work for cheap, causing those who are looking for work that are legal to go unemployed and live off those who have jobs, tax payers.

Ive thought about this issue for many years and wondered why our government would not do anything about it.

Now I dont wonder anymore because its plane and simple to see current election votes count so much more to them then our country or where our children will leave and grow up ...

Zero this is exactly the problem ie lots of business owners say they cant pay 'white' people the wages to what pick the oranges or wtfe ... BS ... they could pay them just have to pay em a little bit more ... heck I worked in florida doing that same exact thing making ya crap money but I had to work ...

and for those that care about people (whom I would say we all do) yes I think the people here legally and those that come here to better themselves and do it in a legal way should be paid fairly ie not under the table or as cheap labor ...

when I used to read in the newspaper or see on tv about some illegal raping and or murdering someone this just sickens me ... meaning this tragedy could of been avoided.

to be honest I wish we had a government ie president with balls to solve this issue with our country in mind and not votes in mind ...

btw britian has a similar problem with WAY too many people here - but they are mostly here legally.

I cant tell you how many times I hear my patients 'complain' about certain ethnic groups coming from the EU and working here and pretty soon their job is gone because the EU people (not naming countries) will work for a cheaper wage and well to be honest they say they often work harder (which is good for business ya I agree but not so good for the english born people whom are out of work).

btw I made this statement before - but you guys know there are probably at least 20+ million illegals in the states ... lol thats 4x the population of wisconsin

Yeah. It's actually pretty sad that you even have to say you have nothing against anyone here legally. The pro-illegal alien people try to paint people who oppose illegal immigration as racist. Instead of debating the issue, they resort to personal attacks. That's pretty low, and thus I have very limited respect for the pro-illegal immigration people.

Ridiculously stupid? I'm not so sure of that. It would merely be another way of attaining an end. In fact, that is precisely how it's done on the trains and subways of Germany. You simply get on, and someone comes by to make sure you have a ticket.

That reminds me of a joke:

Three Englishmen boarded a train just behind three Scots, who, as a group had only purchased one ticket. Just before the conductor came through, all the Scots piled into the toilet stall at the back of the car. As the conductor passed the stall, he knocked and called "Tickets, please!" and one of the Scots slid a ticket under the door.

It was punched, pushed back under the door, and when it was safe all the Scots came out and took their seats. The Englishmen were tremendously impressed by the Scots' ingenuity. On the trip back, the three Englishmen decided to try this themselves and purchased only one ticket. They noticed that, oddly, the Scots had not purchased any tickets this time.

Anyways, again, just before the conductor came through, the Scots piled into one of the toilet stalls, the Englishmen into the other. Then one of the Scots leaned out, knocked on the Englishmen's stall and called "Tickets, Please!" and the English man with the ticket slid his ticket under the door and the Scottish dude picked it up and hurried back into the Scottish stall.
