I hope I see The Hurry Up Offense tomorrow just to change the pace a few times during the game, and put the Seattle D back on their heels. The Packers need to take the 12th man out of the game early. That will be huge too in Seattle.

I am a football fan, which means I love the hurry up offense. I would also like to see them use it tomorrow. But I doubt they will. I don't recall McCarthy ever doing that. I think he will try to run, run, run. Ryan Grant put over 200 on this Seattle defense last January.

Do you mean only against Seattle? I'm pretty sure there was a hurry up offense against the Cowboys a few weeks back.

Not necessarily Hurry up, but on the ball, quick to get set, out of the huddle.

Agreed. We have the people who can pull it off. Aaron obviously can. The Oline is the only thing that worries me cuz they're big and get tired(plus they suck).

The Pack has the Hurry Up "O". They practice it. They even went into it last week late when they were down if I am correct. I was a little juiced late in the game.

All I am typing is, I would love to see M.M. step into that mode... Even if it is on one series in one drive in the middle of the game. Kind of like a pitcher who throws heat needs a good change up.

I will refer to Greg on that. He is one of the most knowledgeable posters on any forum I have read.

Did they? I don't remember it. I'm not just thinking of at the end of a half or the end of a game, when every team uses the hurry-up out of necessity. I mean using it earlier in the game as a change-of-pace, like RP is suggesting. I don't recall McCarthy ever doing that, but maybe he has at some point.

I also like TengoJuego's idea of getting in and out of the huddle quickly and using quick sets, just to pick up the pace. The Falcons did that against the Packers early in last week's game.

I'm rusty on my Spanish, and when I first saw the name TengoJuego, I thought it meant, "I have juice." But then he explained that it means "I have game," or "I've got game." That's MUCH better than "I have juice."

Yes it will be interesting to see how much spice McCarthy can muster, but also if we're having enough problems with basics, we're going to get into more problems with exotic plans.

I just don't see MM doing this he didn't do it with a 16 year vet so i really can't see him doing it with a 1st year starter, MM in my opinion is a conservative play caller. Rodgers has to just do like the qb last year and do a quick audible and go.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.
Martha Careful (25-Jun) : I would have otherwise admirably served
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : I thought it used to be we voted for the whatever they called the 45, and then they voted for the seven, and then they voted for Mark Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
Zero2Cool (24-Jun) : Yawn. Rodgers says he is "pretty sure" this be final season.
Zero2Cool (23-Jun) : PFT claims Packers are having extension talks with Zach Tom, Quay Walker.
Mucky Tundra (20-Jun) : GB-Minnesota 2004 Wild Card game popped up on my YouTube page....UGH
beast (20-Jun) : Hmm 🤔 re-signing Walker before Tom? Sounds highly questionable to me.
Mucky Tundra (19-Jun) : One person on Twitter=cannon law
Zero2Cool (19-Jun) : Well, to ONE person on Tweeter
Zero2Cool (19-Jun) : According to Tweeter
