Grant looks vulnerable (For Fighting.) in that photo. Leaning forward, feet parallel behind his body weight. Bad footwork for fighting, perhaps OK for running a football.
I am not sure how MMA helps NFL players other than conditioning. Might be Ok for pass rushers, utilizing the FOUR upper limbs in the EIGHT limbs of motion that is taught.
