Anyway.......i got a couple signals from my computer, tried them all with the pass code i had, and it wouldn't connect. The landlady hasn't been exactly friendly, so i don't want to ask her.
I'm at the library right now.....there was a coupon in my email that my wife wanted, and i can print it on their computer here.
So i HAD to pop in and say "HI!" again!

Too bad I'm not closer to you, I'd help get your laptop connected in two jiggles of a jackrabbit's arse. If Vista was troublesome, and Windows 7 is seriously THAT much better.. then Win7 should be a breeze. I have had no problems getting my Vista laptop connected on either a wireless network or LAN.

I use my laptop all the time on various routers without a problem. I am sure you will be able to do so as well. (Once you figure it all out.)

Hopefully i will get a chance to use it!

Anyway.....my wife is trying to get me my own hookup, so that i don't have to depend on a crabby landlady.
She's been working behind the scenes to see what she can do.
