Well here is why I give it the narrowest of merit..
If we acquired Campbell, early like this to groom him for the offseason and then have him provide a strong showing in the preseason.. his value would far exceed that of Spitz on the open market..
Add to that both Spitz and Colledge are approaching free agency.. so that mean a outlay of more signing bonuses and a couple year commitment.
The 5th in return is likely to turn into another interior lineman..
So all in all.. if the Packers weren't sold on either Spitz or Colledge long term.. why not move them with the opportunity to get back a 28 year former first round QB that has more talent than he has shown.
Also throw the wildcard in the mix.. which is the versatility of TJ Lang... which could provide protection in the draft if they draft if they only have tackles or guards fall to them..
The last question to ask yourself... if Rodgers goes down do you have enough confidence in Flynn? I would have more confidence in say Lang if Spitz was missing than Flynn over Campbell.
Now after all the conjecture.. I wouldn't pull the trigger until after the draft to ensure that I have enough coverage along the line. Spitz to me is a keeper.. Colledge needs a change of scenery.. either at tackle or another city.
