As for his skills, many rookies need the next level training that college did not provide. The GB Caches should be able to teach this young man the skills he will need in the pros.

You can't just teach any player, any skill, player have strengths and weaknesses.
Again McGary strengths are the power items, and his big weakness is major struggle against speed rushes... though the blocking TE that is expected to be used could help with that.
But isn't not just a magical, the coaches should be able to fix that, just like they weren't able to fix Spriggs (which I happen to also get I to a pre-draft arugment with a online buddy, saying he's clearly not a 1st round guy as well).
Spriggs because he looked like a very well developed one year starter (the problem being he was a 4 year starter and should have developed more than that with all the playing time, I thought Spriggs was a slow developer).
