LOL... alright it is plausible.. might not be logical to me, but it could be plausible.
Now.. is it legal? lol.

Definitely not, as far as I'm aware. I don't think it's that big of a deal, though.
Also.. if he hired someone to pack his bag for a flight.. they should be fired. lol.

Oh yeah.. That's guaranteed in my book.
How in the world do you miss the fact that there is a gun in the bag.
Talk about making an excuse for personal responsibility as well.. we are talking about the safety of the other passengers and their right to a safe environment. Shaun Rodgers failed... and now he sits in jail.

Eh, I don't think it goes that far. All you have to do is walk into the stewardesses area and take a pot of scalding coffee/water, and you can be almost as dangerous. The safety of other passengers and their right to that safe environment is in the hands of the collective passengers. Besides, I think we are forgetting an important detail.. There were only 6 rounds in that gun. Not the best gun to take over a plane with. So even if he brought it to be used on the plane (which is what every article I've seen made to look like), after the gun starts clicking because it's empty.. Then what? Mr. Air Marshal guy probably has his ass down before he got a 2nd shot off, anyway.
I dunno. Despite his obvious lack of responsibility, I'm not ready to crucify him over something like this.
Like I said, the bigger issue to me is, is he licensed to be carrying that gun.
Thanks to TheViking88 for the sig!!
