We're taking advantage of an uncapped year. You've seen the deals we gave to Collins and Pickett. They're heavily frontloaded. I don't think that our cap number would've looked anything like this if 2010 had just been a regular capped year.

What really surprises me is the how many teams would not hit the minimum side of the cap right now. Cheapskates like the Glazers over in Tampa are destined to run that franchise into the ground if there's no salary cap, anymore. Spent as little as you can, while pulling as much fans as you can. They'd never see a play-off game again.
