Peterson has two major things going against him.

1. He looks for contact. He wants to run people over, and he takes hits for it. It could easily shorten his career.

2. Fumblitis.

Those are things he can improve on, but you would have expected to see some improvement this year. The kid is good, but not the greatest.

Anyone remember Earl Campbell? My whole family were all big Earl Campbell fans. He did the same thing. Campbell deserves his Hall of Fame nod. But look at his career. It was definitely cut short by all the contact and today, he's in a wheelchair.
