Off Topic Posting:- It has always been my belief that a successful discussion board is primarily based on its members willingness and desire to make it succeed.
If members choose to respond to off topic posts, the discussion board will fail.
If members choose to look past off topic posts and re-focus the direction of said thread back on topic, the discussion board will succeed and be a pleasant place for everyone.
Something else I've learned through my experience is people who like to flame others, make repeated off topic posts and simply cause chaos; there goal is to get everyones attention. If everyone ignores their posts and carries on like they do not exist, I assure you, the thread will get back on topic and your experience here will be splendid.
There are times when the moderating team will step in and remedy the issue. However, we as a community can not expect that team to babysit the entire website. That is a unreasonable and selfish request.
If Member A makes an off topic post and Member B responds to it instead of the threads topic. BOTH members are at fault.
Personal Attacks:- If members are personally attacking one another, that is unacceptable and will be handled accordingly. If the unfortunate experience of being attacked by a member happens, please, do NOT respond to it adding to the fire. I would instead urge our members to REPORT the post and send a PM to one of the staff members. I understand when one is attacked first instinct is to defend yourself. Just know this, if you respond in a attackful manner, you falling into their trap.

I want to make a REPORT.
This is UnCalled For.
I am a Packer Fan. I do not need this crap zero.
I went to the Safeway Grocery Store in Edmonton Canada today.
I was wearing my Green and Gold Green Bay, Lambeau Field Jacket that I purchased in Green Bay. It is Green and Gold. It does not have a Packer Logo on it. It just says "Lambeau Field."
The Cashier at Safeway looked at me and said: Lambeau Field? Did they change the name of "Commonwealth Stadium?"
Please ban all people from Edmonton. Alberta, that may sign on to Packer Home before they post their first post.
I do not care if they are in love with the Green And Gold of the "Eskimos"
Not knowing about Lambeau field is UnExcuseable.
Ban them all. Everyone from Edmonton. |

Ban them all. Everyone from Edmonton. Sorry to interrupt this important thread, but regarding the Evil Empire (Edmonton Eskimos), I have a confession to make. This is a serious problem that you should know about, and maybe perhaps help me with. I have a lovely green and gold #84 SCHROEDER jersey. I wear it a lot less often than I should because it LOOKS LIKE an Eskimos jersey. I H A T E those guys. It's anathema to a Saskatchewan Roughriders fan to wear something that looks like it belongs to the Evil Empire. This shirt does not say "Packers" on it anywhere, and I live in deathly fear of being mistaken for the enemy. I fully support the banning of Edmonton (except for RaiderPride, of course).

I think it the perfect time to bump this thread..
Everyone is frustrated with the season.. both of the Packers and elsewhere..
Post your opinions, base them without baiting, bashing or trying to stir it up.. and everyone's post season will flow a little smoother..
Thanks in advance.. looking forward to all the opinions and excitement an offseason can bring.
