Great game for Rodgers until end
Hes able to rally team in fourth, but to no avail

And now dhazer comes in here and starts saying "Roders can't do it when the game is on the line"

Rodgers put this team in a position to win the game with 2 minutes to go. Just like several times last year, he puts the team into the lead in the 4th quarter only to have a gassed and outmatched defense (at least last night) give the lead right back on the ensuing drive.

Even though the defense did give up several big plays on that last drive and ultimately the game winning score, there were instances on that final drive where they did dig their heels in some and made or almost made some big plays that would have won the game. I rarely recall even that happening in our defensive slide last season. It's admittedly not much to hang your hat on, but I at least give the defense credit for playing hard to the end. It took a last second well placed TD pass to beat them.

So they made three touchdowns in the fourth quarter. All that tells you is they were in desperation mode. Look to the third quarter for the real story.

No scoring.

Again.

One of the big things Rodgers needed to prove this year was his ability to lead a team through adversity, or rise to the occassion and he has done that multiple times this year. He put the defense in a very winnable situation. In hindsight I guess it would have been nice if they didn't score so quickly, but still, 2 minutes, 80 yards, 1 T.O. is a situation you need to expect your D to stop.

Especially when they need a touchdown...only a fg and it would have been a different story.

CM3 not coming around the outside for the last 2 plays = fail.

At least Rodgers can't be blamed for not leading a miracle drive with a few seconds remaining on the clock, since time was fully expired by the end of the Steelers' last drive.

This kind of comment makes me want to punch a hole in the wall, but then I realize, that's the only reason it's being said, and I move along.

Rodgers obviously needs to lead the offense to more than 36 yards per game (39 if you count the missed Mason Crosby chipshot) and throw more than 383 yards personally. He also needs to be better at his WRs not dropping the ball 10 times a game. It's simply unreasonable to expect our defense to give up less than 5 TDs and a fieldgoal each game and less than 500 yards passing. Rodgers needs to play better and put our defense in a position to win.

Zero, they came into the fourth quarter down by double digits, after having scored zero points in the third quarter. Yes, they staged a comeback, and that's great, but it's very disturbing how many games the team has gone scoreless in the third quarter this year.
