Ok, when I don't pay attention to pregame, the Packers do very poorly. I got complacent before the Superbowl when we played the Broncos, and I've been complacent this year.
Getting up at noon, drinking and partying the night before games. And the end product of the jinx has shown on the field.
You guys got any jinxes? Let's all focus our voodoo and see if we can help the team this week!

I used to have a pair of Packers boxers I would wear on gameday, of course now and then I would forget to put them on. They won every time I wore them until they lost to the Giants in the Conference championship game. I lost them after that game. I don't really believe in jinxes but superstitions are always fun.

Nerdmann - You trying to take credit for this win?

Yeah, right.

Actually, it was me who didn't say we'd win in a blowout. That's why we won. I didn't say we'd win in a blowout. Every time I say that, we get beaten by a team we should have beaten.

No no no.

I kept a log of how we won this game.

Twinkie Gorilla needs to suck on poison gas and stay out of the chat unless invited, including watching the game itself.

Zero2Cool needs to sit on the crapper and/or have dingleberry issues when we are on offense.

Chris needs to sit the Packer defense for the rest of the season...ff-wise.

Tromadz needs to make a pre-game decision to either drink heavily prior to kick off and stick to it, or conversely, opt not to drink at all and stick to that.

These were the keys to this victory. It was well-documented in real time.

You guys and your silly superstitions.

These were the real ones, lol

I had a very bad case of the runs last night. After Mexican food if you know where I am coming from.

This morning, after showering, I applied Cherry Chap Stick around my anus so I would be comfortable sitting in front of the computer.

Not sure if that was the difference for the Packers, but I will do it again next week against San Fran (Which is symbolic subliminally) because it worked this week.

That reminds me.. I have to remember NOT to put that Chap Stick back in my brief case.

There is just something totally wrong about this whole damn post, lol.

Cherry chapstick in the nether regions, SanFrancisco, plans for next week, yada yada yada

Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Plus RP is on a total waiver for all commentary due to the funniest damn post in a month in the chat.

(Regarding the condition of the field...still chucklin' on that one :thumbleft: )

Just kiddin' ya, RP.

Edit---

I don't know what compels me, but I gotta share.

Had a friend. He was Vietnamese. He was a military attache' for the Phillipine Army, stationed at the Pentagon. I caught him out in the parking lot, much closer to my own car, and asked him where he was going---He said the grocery store. I asked him for a ride. I needed some Preparation H. So we are coming back, and he asked me what I bought. I showed him the package. He asked me what it was. (I have this evil streak..it rises from time to time...I cannot help it.) I said, "lip balm"

He said, "Can I have some?" I said, "Sure"--- And proceeded to watch him spread that shit all over his lips.

This was way too good for only my personal consumption. When we got back, just as he was parking, I said, "You know Tran, I just thought of something... I have a whole tube of that sitting in my desk drawer that I had completely forgot about, you go ahead and keep that." He thanked me, and of course we all got to watch him apply his lip balm over the next several weeks, with not a soul cluing him in as to what it is actually for.

We went out and had a few one Friday night and I cracked under the pressure. I told him... "Hey Tran, you know that lip balm I gave you?"

Of course he said ya and thanked me again. I said, "That's ass-balm, for hemorrhoids" He didn't quite habla hemorrhoids, but he did ask me how much it was...

He said it was the best damn lip balm he ever used and bought another tube and kept using it as such. Stupid but fond tale from my past.

He called it "Rip Bomb" As in, hey whatcha got there Tran? (Applicator tip in full view as he shows it to inquirer) "Rip Bomb"

First game this season I've worn my Packers jacket front to back, first game we've carried momentum pretty much front to back. Needless to say, the jacket stays on next week.

two things:

1. Well, it does have the magic balm (aloe) in it.
2. I can hear the ad campaign now...."it works at both ends."

Zero2Cool (23-Apr) : 49ers are seeking a 1st round pick in exchange for WR Brandon Aiyuk
Mucky Tundra (22-Apr) : Based on Gutes comments, now I don't feel as silly having 13 picks in my mock the other day

beast (21-Apr) : Sometimes looking extremely amazing, sometimes looking extremely lost
beast (21-Apr) : I haven't looked into the QBs, but some have suggested Maye has some of the most extremely inconsistent tape they've seen
beast (21-Apr) : Well it also sounds like Patriots are listening to trade offers, not that seriously considering any, but listening means they aren't locked
Zero2Cool (21-Apr) : Maye needs to be AFC
Mucky Tundra (21-Apr) : Not liking the idea of the Vikings getting Maye
Zero2Cool (21-Apr) : Vikings HC joked that he may or may not have sent flowers to Bob Kraft. That's where rumor came from.
beast (21-Apr) : Can't tell if this is real or BS, but some rumors about a possible Patriots/Vikings trade for #3 overall
dfosterf (21-Apr) : One playbook to my knowledge. I was shooting for facetious.
beast (20-Apr) : I'm not sure they have different playbooks for different OL positions, and Dillard run blocking is supposedly worse than his pass blocking..
