We'll see if his arm holds up this year. I think Formo is a realist about this. He knows that Favre isn't necessarily a saviour as he is an upgrade. Big difference.

You are correct. I wouldn't mind seeing a duo-QB attack, but I know that's not an NFL thing as it is in NCAA. But still.. It would almost force defenses to prepare for both the gunslinga and the slash-n-gash type QBs (Favre and T-Jack).

No matter what, though, Favre brought an element to the team the Vikings haven't had in a long time. Hense why I wanted him here prior to TC

Jackson is crap. Once Favre re-re-re-retires, you guys are starting from square one again. Time to find an nfl qb, not career backups.

He's crap when he's the starting QB.. as a backup, I wouldn't want anyone else. But yes, I agree.. It's time to find an All-Star NFL QB. The suckass part is the Vikes won't have much to choose from at the 32nd pick in the draft. =P

Sam Bradford just might be available late 1st round. Sit him for a year or 3 behind Brett Favre, let the arm fully heal and watch out in 2012ish 🙂.

Also, what the hell is wrong with the Vikings D-line and corners. I understand Winfield is out but Pitt was running wild last week.........

Isn't it this coming draft class the deepest at QB? I'm excited for it.

Whinny was out.. but the CBs did pretty decent job against the Stillers.. The safety play left much to be desired. As far as their defensive line.. I'm not all that sure.. Pat Williams is getting old, so that may have something to do with it. They still only allowed an average of 95 rushing yards per game, which is good enough for being in the top 10 in that stat. It'll be interesting to see where they stand at the end of the year..

Hey any word on Jermichael Finley? I keep reading conflicting reports about him playing on Sunday?

Last I heard he's not playing. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I've heard last.

They won't scratch him until the last minute. They want him in there, bad. They're hoping against hope.

TheKanataThrilla (27-Apr) : I think he ended up with a terrible RAS score
