About freaking time.. that shores up one side of the line... now some added depth on the left side maybe.

He's no great loss at CB or returning kickoffs, however he will be missed on punt returns. Personally I'd like to see Williams get a shot on punts, Nelson has proven effective on kickoffs but somewhat indecisive on whether to fair catch or not when fielding a punt.
