Just sent my payment - btw I looked at the website and some of the jerseys are listed as reebok's (I have a reebok #4 here and consider it fine quality - the shirt not necessarily the number 😉

I am IN.

One white Rodgers XXL.

I already paypal'd your account the "old" amount of 29.00 Sunday.

Now Kev--here comes the (inevitable) "joke" part.

The e-mail said I should have sent 29.39

I am in arrears to the tune of .39

Amazingly, I was just getting ready to bill you for my staff services fee.

.39 annually. What a coincidence, now I am a "paid" staff member!

OR

I can have my wife send you the .39

In which case she is going to make me see "STOMP" for a third time!

________________

Now, back to seriousness, anyway I can get a waiver on my .39?

I was trying to help by being very fast in payment to get the process rolling.

lol ... no worries. There's a small fee for using PayPal, did you know that? Nothing major, only like 2% but we'll be fine. If everyone puts in their 29.39 it'll be all good.

edit, the email was also to obtain your shippign addresses lol :P

edit2, check this out...
Deposited ------ Balance
$30.00 USD $57.87 USD
$29.00 USD $27.87 USD

Why does one payment come through in full, but one is docked 1.13? (this is not a problem, just a question. I can eat 10 bucks for my mistake in not knowing this, no problem.) But I am curious ... one was a gift and one was payment. Could that make a difference?

edit3, Click HERE  for the answer.
Free when the money comes from PayPal balance or bank account.
2.9% + $0.30 USD when the money comes from a debit or credit card or PayPal Credit (the sender decides who pays this fee).

NO sweat. 🙂 All understood now.l

I paypaled zero 30$ so I got your .39 cents covered; if anything you are working for me. So if I need a tough guy to sort something out; you are first on my call list ;)

oh btw I read that about the paypal fee - hence why I sent my paypal money straight from my bank account and as a gift (not sure if the gift part matters but it may).

How do you send a payment straight from a bank account?

I know my wife's (the one that I used) was straight from her account as well.

I think it is a matter of when you set up your account. You can include your checking account if you want to.

I also think I "messed up" in the sense that it should be called a "gift" like

Dulak did it, as I think I hit the button for "goods" or some - such, which is what I think might be generating a fee.

So I batted .500

good on the "direct from account part"

bad on the "goods" vs. "gift" part.

Now I have a job, so I have that goin' for me...lol

You guys don't pay so good, not wanting to sound whiny in a tough economy... :thumbleft: sorry to clutter up the thread again--delete / move as you see fit, sir.

You have to set it up on your PayPal, then wait for the bank to confirm it. If I remember correctly (I last did this 8 years ago), that's all it took, and took about a week to get confirmed.

Things may have changed, though.
