Those jerseys are REPLICA jerseys. Thats why they are different. They have sewn on letters and numbers.
They are a step up from the replicas that have the plastic "ironed on" numbers and letters, but they are not the same ones the players wear.

They are very nice quality, and for most people they serve the purpose, look really nice, and don't cost you the $165 or more a "real" jersey will cost you.

I understand your point, but a replica is supposed to be a replica of the original. You can see a huge difference between the size of numbers on the jerseys. Would it be that much trouble to have the same size letters/numbers? No, it wouldn't be.

The Steelers jerseys are matched fine. The Packers, however, authentic jerseys have numbers that are nearly as wide as the shoulders, basically covering the entire back.

Even with the understanding of it being replica, it should be closer to the original than this. In my opinion to get me to spend my money. I want something that resembles the Packers jerseys, not a knock off.

If you simply want a jersey, don't care about how close to real it is, these are a very good deal. They are stitched and appear to be nicely crafted. But, I'm somewhat anal and I like things close to the real thing as possible. Sadly, the Packers jerseys don't meet my requirement for my wallet.

Thats fine Zero. I'm sure there are others that feel the same way.
To me, it doesn't matter that much. Heck, i'd be afraid to wear an expensive jersey. I'd be afraid i'd spill something on it or tear it.
If I damage a $200 jersey, i'd be SOOO upset. But a $30 one? That i could at least live with!

Why do you keep mentioning the price of a authentic jersey? This is a replica and that's what I'm talking about. The cost of a authentic one is irrelevant here. Whether one is 30 or 400, it doesn't matter.

The issue, the jerseys are not accurate replica's. The number's and letters are not even close. Sure, looking at a small picture they look the same. But once you take a few seconds and compare, you'll see a huge difference.

I'm not going to throw 30 bucks for a jersey that's a replica because the authentic one is 165, that just doesn't make sense.

30, 50, or 80, whatever it is, it needs to be an accurate replica.

I still think these are very good deals and I'm still teetering on getting two. If this is okay with others and they still want to go through with it, I probably will. But, I felt it was something that I noticed and needed to make known to others who would potentially be spending their hard earned money for.

The letters, the numbers, are not the same as the authentic ones.

This is the one that matters most to me. 🙂 And it looks pretty damn close to me.

Screw it, I'm back in. I'm back in for TWO providing we can hit the 5-9 group. I don't know if I want Rodgers or Woodson, leaning towards Woodson.

So.. what you are saying is all that bitching in the posts above were all moot points?

=P

You get what you pay for, but if it's close enough to the original, it's worth it. Bottom line.

BTW, I can't wait for me to get back in the job force again so I can order some of the jerseys I've been eyeballing for a while now..

Zero2Cool (9-May) : Packers have claimed DE Spencer Waege off of waivers from the 49ers and waived DT Rodney Mathews.

Martha Careful (9-May) : I am not sure I understand the Myers hate. He was consistently our third best lineman. RG and LT were worse.
beast (9-May) : Just saying I don't think moving Myers would help Myers.
beast (9-May) : Center is usually considered the easiest position physically if you can handle the snap stuff.

    Zero2Cool (8-May) : Context. Sounds like Myers won't be cross-trained. C or bust.

Zero2Cool (2-May) : May 3rd. Extension day for Jordan Love. (soonest)
Zero2Cool (1-May) : USFL MVP QB Alex McGough moved to WR. So that's why no WR drafted!
earthquake (1-May) : Packers draft starters at safety ever few years. Collins, Clinton-Dix, Savage

    Zero2Cool (30-Apr) : could*
Zero2Cool (29-Apr) : Safeties should learn from Xavier.
dhazer (29-Apr) : And what about grabbing a Gilmore or Howard at CB ? Those are all Free Agents left
dhazer (29-Apr) : out of curiosity do they try and sign Simmons or Hyde to let these young safeties learn from, they can't be day 1 starters.
    Zero2Cool (29-Apr) : I miss having Sam Shields.
Zero2Cool (29-Apr) : Not that he's making excuses, just pointing it out
Zero2Cool (29-Apr) : That's for dang sure. Make our erratic kicker have no excuse!
