I'd grab Taylor primarily for his leadership. He only has maybe what, eight games of solid talent left? With that said, his leadership in the locker room would go much farther and that I think we need a lot of with this young team.

Igor and Vonnie Holliday would be great.

Holliday is a locker room leader. Something this defense desperately needs, IMO.

He could also give Jenkins some rest and help with the adjustment to the 3-4. He knows Capers scheme well.

Not many players are as emotional as Dawkins and by no means should that be a negative on anyone. Brett was not an emotional leader, but a great leader none the less. You don't have to yelling shouting to be a great leader.

Woodson is a leader as said by coaches and his teammates.

very true but his presence isn't felt as much as someone like dawkins. actually i think the most enthusiastic player on the field on either side of the ball is A-Rod

I'll admit to having a little man-love for Olshansky - I just like the potential of his physical mass and our defensive coaching. I like it, and I hope* it happens.

I'd love to see Vonnie back, as well - he's a good guy.

*just a little, though - as much as I think Ted's done a pretty good job so far, he drives me nuts sometimes with the not-getting.
