This is a huge opportunity for Mike to show his coaching ability. Brett is not Aaron, does Mike adjust his play calling to maximize the players he has on the field. He has never been very good at that. His philosophy has always been, players are just expected to step up and execute. He has the opportunity to prove that he is in fact a great HC or the opportunity to prove that those who think he has been carried by Two HOF QBs are correct.

I'd really like to see Jon Gruden as the HC. Just miss seeing somebody in a coaching capacity with passion on the sideline.
