The guy that has shown all of them how to be a TEAM PLAYER and more importantly how to be professional is Donald Driver.

Here's a hint for all you "ass-holes" out there.

Team Chemistry and Verteran leadership is much more important than developing a #6 receiver, they are a dime a dozen.

Driver used to be in a similar position to where Gurley and West were this TC- a young #6 WR going into Training Camp hoping that his special teams contributions and potential could earn him the last roster spot on the Packers.

Driver was lucky in that the old man and veteran leader of the group, Packer Hall of Famer Robert Brooks, who had nagging injuries keeping him from being the great receiver he used to be, retired during Driver's first training camp.

Stupid Packers for developing that #6 WR in 1999. They should have talked Brooks into staying for one more year, and they could have had more team chemistry and veteran leadership.

Driver did come along at the right time, very weak position after Freeman, that fact enabled Driver to show the drive that he still has to make the team.
