Young team or not, this is something that has to be fixed.

If the Chargers could sack a coach after a 14-2 season, there's no reason why the Packers couldn't. The real question is would it do any good? Success is built through continuity and stability. Would bringing in a new head coach improve the team or set it back a few years?

Yeah Ted Thompson and Mike McCarthy have saved their jobs for another year, and rightly so in my opinion.

Don't rule out the Chargers. I think on the other side of the pond (the AFC), the Chargers are looking like the '07 Giants. You ideally want to be hot going into the Playoffs, not hot early then fading into the Playoffs.
