Zero,......what a guy!LOLOL!!!

Formo.......the Brewers might be in the middle, but that still is as far up as they will ever get. CC Sabathia is a perfect example. We could "afford" him for half a year. You don't think the Brewers wanted to keep him? But their pockets have bottoms, unlike the Yankees.
That was my point. Not that we don't pay good players, but CAN'T compete with the Yankees. How many world series wins do they have? How many of those are because they can outbid ANYONE for the best players? Why even get into a bidding war when you know you have NO chance at winning?
I don't want that scenerio for the NFL.

Now go back and read about our 4 million dollar net profit, and then go read my post about 24 dollar beers and 18 dollar brats.

I have said that math is not my strong suit, but I was lying.

Cheesey, I know what you mean. When I saw that MLB list, I was just surprised to see the Brew Crew in the middle instead of at the bottom like I thought they were. Maybe your nice stadium helped that out (I'm going to assume the Twins new park will bump them up a bit, too). And, to be fair, the Brewers still are $121.3 million below the Yankees payroll. I just wanted to bring up the surprising fact that the Brewers were in the middle of the pack. That's all.

Oh, ok Formo!
It just plain sucks that we can't compete cause a few guys have more money then god.
It makes it hard to seriously follow the sport when you pretty much know before the season starts who will be there at the end.
Why even bother with a season? Just give the Yankees "lifetime WS trophies" and liquidate the league.
I don't want that crap in the NFL. And i'm afraid thats where it will end up.

And for good reason. Jerry Jones has made it abundantly clear that he'd be happy if the NFL consisted of just a few teams as long as Dallas was one of them and could buy all the best players. I don't think he'd bat an eye if that meant Green Bay had to fold.

Although he sugarcoats it nicely. I recall a post over here that contained an interview of Mr. Jones. He basically stated that it wasn't fair for a small franchise like that of GB, to have to share revenue with big guys like the Chargers. Or something along those lines.

This man will screw up the entire league if there won't be a new salary cap. You'd figure that the players and other owners would see this. I suggest that they stop playing this russian roulette and just get a new CBA together.
