We are the people behind the nick schroeder84. There are 2 of us! One is a real Schroeder, originally from WI. She has been a fan since she could breathe. That has been quite a while. In fact, she has fond memories of Vince Lombardi. Brett was a Johnny Come Lately - Starr was the Star. She is a distant relative of Bill Schroeder, #84. They have the same face,srsly. Well, except he is like a LOT younger. She is also a rabid Badgers fan, and has been since she was a student there, and the Badgers were really part of the "Little 2" part of the "Big 8 and the Little 2"
I am a latecomer to Packerdom. I never really picked an NFL team to cheer for, but have watched football since I was a little tyke. My main team is the CFL's Saskatchewan Roughriders, who I got hooked on way back when Ron Lancaster was the QB. I have managed, through my non-fandom, to come up with a big hate for the Cowboys. I will cheer for the Bills though, because my cousin played there for a lot of years.
We share our house with my 16 yr old son, who is a kicker who dreams of following in his cousin's footsteps, but sadly, likes the Pats. He has a great eye for football analysis though, and it's great to have him around to watch games with.
