Safety Darnell Savage, cornerback Keisean Nixon and offensive tackle Yosh Nijman had their contracts void, which only compounds the cap problems for the Packers.

Several (not named) sources are stating that the salary cap will be closer to 250 million vs the 242/243 million everyone has been using as a guide to date. I believe we find out right around the same time as the combine, or sooner.

Yeah I honestly reject the idea that this is a problem. What happened is exactly what the Packers purposed planned to happen.

In theory these contracts were supposed to hit previously, and the Packers spread it out over multiple years instead of one.

That's was the solution, not the problem... and now it feels like writers don't have enough to write about, so they're making a mountain over this nothing burger.
