Our defense, not theirs, will be the key to this game. If can get 3 and outs, we'll win the game. That means we gotta stop Peterson and we have to take a chance at making Jackson beat us. I think if our defensive backs play well we win this game.

I'll take that chance. Just put 8 men in the box all day long.

I think this may be the toughest of all the Packers games this year...

Vikes will come out for revenge from the shellacking they took on the last game and the 4 straight losses to the Pack.

I think that the Vikings will OVERACHIEVE in this game.

So, I believe a 34-10 Packers win.

+1.

This game's not going to be close. That much I believe. We either blow them out early or lay a stinker.

I agree with ya, zombie. If we execute on the offensive line, Rodgers will have time to hit slants, setting up sluggo's on Griffin, which will mean alot of explosive plays for us.

If our DT's hold up, our ends are gonna shame MN's bookends, getting serious pocket pressure on T-Jax. Peterson's explosive for sure, but containing him all comes down to assignment and gap discipline for our LB's.

As long as we execute, I think our offensive firepower is much heavier than the Vikings'. That spells blowout win. But a lack of execution will lead to big runs by AP and Chester, and a big day for MN's opportunistic Defense.
Mike McCarthy is always talking about execution, so I feel good about our chances tonight.

I think the key in all week 1 games is who has the best run defense. You have seen the teams the most dominant this week utilize the run game the most effectively. The teams who aren't yet ready to defend against the run in comparison to the other team have all lost this week.

I doubt we'd run much against the Vikes. Why? They can't defend the pass. Sure they have a sick sack machine now, but we'll simply release faster than they can get to Aaron Rodgers .
Mike McCarthy airs it out.

I always get a little "sick to my stomach" when we play the Vikes and Bears because the possibility we could lose nauseates me.

The middle of our O line is not very good and the Vikes DTs are, so I believe the O will have to play errorless ball and the D will have to win it by being solid with some turnovers.

I won't predict a score because I don't want to be banned. But my stomach is getting worse. Hope it's wrong.LOL

I don't think our O OR Dline is as bad as people think. But it's about the only slight weakness that can be mentioned on this team. If Rodgers gets time this game is over.

TheKanataThrilla (27-Apr) : I think he ended up with a terrible RAS score
dhazer (27-Apr) : Anyone know what went on with Kitchens from Florida? At 1 point he was to be the Packers 1st round and he is way down the board now
