I believe I have taken the Center position for granted when it comes to the Packers. When was the last time we had a craptastic one? Jeff Saturday? And that was at the end of his career.

It just seems we've been fortunate at Center for many years with only a year under a bad one. Is Center just a dime a dozen or we that good at developing the position?

We are that good at the position...and Elgton Jenkins is excellent there as well.

Huh, never thought about the number of good Cs the team has had over the years. Another position they've had long term stability at is K: Jacke, Longwell and Crosby. Crosby had a rough patch in the middle of career but on the whole that's 30+ years of reliable place kicking.
