According to Cris Collinsworth.

If the locker room is in disarray, requiring players-only meetings to address lack of preparation it's not surprising that things are carrying over to the field.

If true, where are the coaches???

Rodgers needs to be better, but he is not the main problem. The only way he needs benched for a game or so if he isn't healthy. Otherwise, the coaches need to put him in a better position to succeed and he and the other players need to execute better. A good coaching staff would fix these issues. Although to be fair, the poor receiving talent isn't helping. There's only so much a team can do with an average #2 WR and a bunch of #3 or 4 WRs and a tight end that is slower than some offensive linemen.

If a player isn't getting it done, then sit that player down. Unless he's beyond accountability, like Aaron Rodgers. Just let that guy scapegoat his second year player who's already so terrified of making a mistake that he clenches down everytime the ball comes at him.

Richard Rodgers has never proved himself to be a good tight end, and he's proving he isn't. James Jones has proved to be a decent WR but he's past his prime but is still earning his minimal salary. Janis and Abby have obviously proved nothing. Aaron Rodgers has proven himself. Something is not right, but Aaron undoubtedly has the talent to be better. The Packers at least have a CHANCE to win with Aaron Rodgers. With Scott Tolzien, they have no chance beyond maybe one game, much like the Cowboys without Romo.

Someone on the team should stand up before the media and apologize for the lousy play and call some players out that are not getting it done.
I'm getting tired of the "we will get it fixed" line after each loss.
Maybe if they WOULD fix it, it would mean something.
I want to see Mike McCarthy at s press conference call his team out, get P#%^ed off and do some screaming.
Show some emotion! Let the team know that enough is enough! Get off your lazy butts and perform on the field, or you will sit on the bench! And MAYBE even lose your job.
Someone needs to light a fire under their rear ends, before they lose this entire season.
Which a loss at Detroit will probably do.

But yes, more accountability would be a nice thing with this coaching staff. The organization is loyal to a fault.

I don't get this lack of accountability crap.

If you're waiting for a coach or player on a responsible, well managed organization to publicly ridicule a fellow teammate/coach, stop wasting your time and go searching for some purple unicorns instead. They won't nor should they.

I'm shocked with how transparent Mike McCarthy was with Davante and Lacy's ball control the last two press conferences. You want accountability? What happened to Hawk's salary and where is he now? Did Lacy get benched in the last 3 weeks? Twice in fact, including after his fumble. Why isn't JJ in on pass plays? Read between the lines, he can't figure out how to run a trustworthy route.
